Jamie Trull – Founder of Balance CFO
Where It All Began
A numbers girl from the very beginning, I would save half of my lunch money every day growing up, and used that money to fund my first investment account at age 16.
That early interest in finance led me to Wake Forest University where I obtained a Bachelor’s in Analytical Finance and a Master’s in Accountancy and became a CPA. I started my career at Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. More recently, I spent 10 years of my career in the Coca-Cola system, rising to a leadership role in Finance. My heart had always felt a calling toward small business however, which led me to starting Balance CFO in 2018 with a mission to help women entrepreneurs reach for their dreams and achieve their financial goals!
My mission is to see more women not just surviving but THRIVING both in their professional and personal lives. In addition to serving as a Virtual CFO for multiple small businesses, I am also a financial literacy coach and speaker focused on helping entrepreneurs feel more confident about the numbers side of their businesses.
I live in Franklin, TN and have a 5 year old son (Miles) and a 2 year old daughter (Norah) who are my world and keep me quite busy in my spare time!
